M., Local Time, September 23, 2025, And Then At Said Office Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. All Bidders Must Attend A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting At The Same Location At 10:00 A.m. On August 26, 2025. All Bid Questions Must Be Submitted To The Owner By 10:00 A.m. On September 2, 2025. The Bidder Should Attend The Pre-bid Meeting In Its Entirety.
