Based On Preliminary Findings, The Granular Activated Carbon Will Require An Exchange Rate Of Every Four Months. The Bid Amount Must Cover The Sum For Each Of The First Three Exchanges. There Are 16 Beds At Approx 368 Cubic Feet Each.
