Description:
The United Nations intends to idnetify potential solution and solution provider to replace the current Swift Integration Layer (SIL) platform and therefore seeking information from the interested vendors. Background/ Description:Swift SIL Integration Layer has been implemented to handle xml (pain.001)files from an ERP. SIL calculates the required cash and splits the file to be sent to UN Banks. Currently SIL outputs pain.001 and MT103 file formats that are consumed by Swift Alliance Access for further processing. Further an automated reconciliation of bank statements takes place. MT940 statementsare created and sent to the source ERP.MT103 is no longer supported after November 2025 and SIL is no longer supported by Swift due to sunset date mid 2026. Hence the UN is looking for a vendor to replace the current UN SIL Platform. This includes the replacement of of MT103 by PACS.008 to meet theNovember 2025 deadline set by Swift.The UN seeks to know the following information:Questions:A) Please provide references of the previous projects converting current SIL custom solutions using an Integration Layer Platform.B) Please provide details of the Integration Layer Platform that will be usedto replace SIL.C) Please demonstrate how the existing investment in SIL will be leveraged.
