The Government will not pay for any information solicited.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Construction services to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, coordination, and services necessary for Repurpose Fountain at Main Entrance (Project #565-25-105) located at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center Campus in Fayetteville, North Carolina.The proposed NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $45.0 Million.The proposed PSC code is Y1DA Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries. The anticipated Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated Period of Performance is 90 days from the Notice to Proceed.Statement of WorkThis project will Repurpose the fountain at the building no. 1 of historical entrance by converting it into a planter, located at the VA Medical Center located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Construction will be done in accordance with VA specifications, Design guides, Infection Control guidelines and all applicable codes.
