- The City of Homestead General Services Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the Pressure Washing of City Hall Building at 100 Civic Ct. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable), supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carryout this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications.(Scope of Work)Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the Citys schedule.
