Description:
In accordance with the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Intake Request is issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide services to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter referred to as “City”) as further described in this Intake.Background:The MIDFLORIDA Event Center possesses two Event spaces that contain different lighting systems. The smaller of the two spaces (the Ruby Hall) is approx. 6000 sq. feet in size and possesses the older of the two systems, which is now rapidly failing. It has been determined that the critical replacement parts needed to service the systems, such as ballasts, etc., are no longer manufactured. Based on the Events that are held here, Ruby Hall can be divided into five spaces via “air walls” based on the event needs, whereby lighting then needs to have the ability to be controlled throughout or exclusively segmented to each room/zone.
