Description:
REQUEST FOR BIDS - GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL The City of Perryville will accept sealed bids for unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel (clear), and diesel fuel (red). Bid specifications and bid sheet can be obtained at City Hall, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775, or by calling 573-547-2594 at no charge.Products are to be supplied to the City from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2030. Vendor must be located within the city limits of the City of Perryville and pumps must be available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. In addition, vendor location must provide sufficient space for larger equipment to safely maneuver (e.g. trash truck, sewer rod truck, etc.) Bidder must also be equipped to deliver fuel to various tanks.Bids must include these products bid on a per gallon basis over and above the cost from the supplier (rack price).Sealed bids must be marked “ Gasoline/Diesel Bid” and submitted to the City Clerk-s office at 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775, by no later than November 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All bids will be opened at this time in the City Hall Council Chambers and read aloud.
