DEPARTMENT OF TREASURYINTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES (IRS)OFFICE OF CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICERREQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) #5000197232Title: Articulate 360 Software Licenses SubscriptionsDESCRIPTIONThe Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), on behalf of the Human Capital Learning and Education (L&E), is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information of potential qualified vendors capable to provide a recurring requirement for the following brand name only, Articulate 360 Software Licenses subscriptions.The Government will consider all relevant comments as appropriate but will not issue a formal response to industry comments or related inquiries. All future information about this acquisition will also be distributed solely through Sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.I. PURPOSE:The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from potential vendors capabilities and updated industries practices before the solicitation of Articulate 360 Software.This RFI is for informational purposes only; it is not a request for proposal or a solicitation for a contract or grant award, and it does not obligate the Government in any way.II.
