The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Reference Laboratory Testing Services for Billings VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located at 1766 Majestic Lane Billings MT 59102 and Miles City VA community living center located at 210 Winchester AVE, Miles City MT 59301 and Miles City Community Based Outpatient Clinic located at 316 South Haynes Avenue, Miles City, Montana 59301. Services requested are as follows:1. Testing of all venous and arterial blood samples and urine samples from veteran s patients as ordered by VA clinician. 2. Collection AND Testing of Laboratory samples as needed for routine and emergent care decisions. 3. Collection and testing of samples that cannot reach the VA lab in an acceptable timeframe.The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services. Business Size Standard is $10 Million.The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for quotation (RFQ). No questions will be answered.
