Description:
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the resources, product, and mode of travel listed below. The result of this sources sought notice will contribute to the support of providing ground fuels for military units stationed at Diego Garcia.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought notice does not constitute a request for quote, bid or proposal; submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred and shall retain all information provided with no expectation of return. If your organization has the capability to perform these requirements, please provide the following information:
1)Organization name, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, cage code andsize and type of ownership for the organization.2)Background information of the firm and contractor regarding technical ability, financialcapability, and ability to perform.3)Specific types of fuel capable of supplying and areas that can be supported.4)Type of storage and capacity quantity.5)Location of fuel source facility.
DLA Energy is seeking information on the following fuel types that are commercially available in any given region or country listed below:
MOGAS Unleaded Regular (MUR).
Mode of transportation: ISO Containers with capability of Ocean Transportation (Approx 5-6 containers)
