The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Select A Contractor Who Can Complete The Work On Time, Within Budget, And According To The Specified Quality Standards. Our Ending Goal Is To Completely Gut The Entire Inside Of The Historic Building, Leaving The Roof And Outer Walls Of The Building Intact. Submission Deadline Is November 21, 2025 At 2pm.
