The Clinch County Board Of Commissioners Is Requesting Proposals For Selection Of An Architectural Firm To Provide Post-award Services. Post Award Services Will Include, But Are Not Limited To, Planning, Design, Cost Estimating, Bidding, Contracting, Demolition Oversight, Quality Control, And Project Closeout. The County Is In Dire Need Of The Elimination Of Slum And Blight And Has Applied For Federal Funding Through The Georgia Department Of Community Affairs (dca) Community Development Block Grant Redevelopment Fund (cdbg-rdf) Program. All Contracts Are Subject To Federal And State Contract Provisions Prescribed By The Georgia Dca.
