- Lanier County Is Requesting Qualifications And Proposals For Selection Of An Engineering Firm To Provide A Full Range Of Engineering Services Associated With The Construction Of A New Recreation Complex. The Proposed Improvements Include Construction Of Three Softballs Fields, One Soccer Field, A Concession Stand, Restrooms, A Paved Driveway, Sidewalks, And Parking Facilities. Selection Of An Engineer For The Project Will Be Required To Develop Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development Documents, Permit Drawings, And 100% Construction Documents As Well As Provide Construction Oversight In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Identified Herein. All Contracts Are Subject To Federal And/or State Contract Provisions Prescribed By The Georgia Department Of Natural Resources. As A Basic Service, All Engineering Contracts Will Also Include Obtaining And Maintaining All Build America Buy America (baba) Documentation (particularly Manufacturer¿s Certifications) During Construction, Which Shall Be Transferred To The Grant Recipient.
