The Project Predominantly Consists Of The Construction Of A New 1,750 Square Foot Addition Which Will House A Community Room And Adjacent Storage Room, As Well As Minor Updates To The Existing Building. The Scope Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following: -- New Addition Construction -- Adding Guardrails To Concrete Patio Area To The Rear Of Entry Lobby -- Door, Hardware, And Signage Updates For Egress Path From New Community Room To Front Doors -- Updates To Existing Restrooms To Bring Them Into Ada Compliance, With Potential Updates To Existing Countertops, Lavatories, And Faucets -- Potential Updates To Light Fixtures In Existing Library Building
