- The City Of Waynesboro Is Seeking An Engineering Firm Or Individual Engineer To Provide Engineering And Design Services For Its Future Federal Or State Grant Application. Potential Funding Sources Include The Community Development Block Grant-employee Incentive Program Or The Economic Development Administration. The Award Of The Engineering Contract For This Project Is Contingent Upon The Grant Being Funded. Responding Firms Should Be Technically Qualified And Licensed To Provide The Design And Inspection Services For Local, State, And Federally Funded Projects.
