The Facility Is A Level 4, High-Security Urban Jail, Built In 1977 And Renovated In The Early 2000 2019S, Which Holds Primarily Pretrial Offenders And Serves Superior Courts In Bristol, Enfield, Hartford, Manchester, Middletown, New Britain, Rockville And West Hartford. The Scope Of Work Includes Upgrades To The Current Air Conditioning Systems And Electrical Upgrades To The East, Center, And West Block Housing Units, Stockroom, Kitchen, And Laundry Room.
