- The County Of Dekalb, Ga (the "county"), Is Soliciting Sealed Responses For Request For Qualifications (rfq): 2025-038: Design Services For North Fork Peachtree Creek Trail From Fisher Trail To Chamblee Tucker Road (pi#0020668). Responses Are To Be Submitted Via The County's Eprocurement Portal Via Https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga Prior To 3:00 Pm On Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Late Responses Will Not Be Accepted. Project Work Includes The Preparation Of A Scoping Study For This Trail Segment That Will Include The Development Of A Limited-scope Concept Report. The Consultant Will Provide All Preliminary Engineering Design Services Based On The Georgia Department Of Transportation¿s Plan Development Process (pdp) For Concept Reports. The Project Limits Are From Fisher Trail Park To Chamblee Tucker Road Along North Fork Peachtree Creek. It Is Desirable To Have As Much Of The Trail As Possible Follow Near The Creek, But Right-of-way, Environmental And Constructability Constraints May Require Some Of The Proposed Trail To Be Away From The Creek.
