Title: Transportation Services for Village Site Visits in Western Alaska

1. Purpose
The United States Coast Guard is seeking information from qualified transportation service providers to support operations requiring round-trip transportation for up to four (4) people to approximately 40 villages in western Alaska. The transportation provider must remain onsite during each visit, which is expected to take up to four (4) hours. This RFI is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential vendors capable of meeting these requirements.
2. Background
The United States Coast Guard conducts inspections and fieldwork in remote areas of western Alaska. Transportation is critical to ensuring teams can travel to and from remote villages efficiently and safely. All transportation will originate from Bethel, Alaska, with multiple periods of performance anticipated.
3. Information Requested
Respondents are requested to provide detailed information on their capabilities, including:
Transportation Details: Confirmation of ability to provide transportation for up to four (4) people per trip. Description of the type of transportation offered (e.g., aircraft type, capacity, reliability for remote operations). Approach to handling remote landings and potential delays due to weather or other factors. Availability: Confirmation of availability for the following periods of performance: 27 May 2025 to 03 June 2025. 13 July 2025 to 21 July 2025. Option for 17 August 2025 to 25 August 2026. Onsite Waiting Policy: Ability to remain onsite at villages during team operations (up to four hours per stop). Details on waiting time limits or additional costs for extended stays.
