DeCA-s ability to increase the value of the benefit is based on significantly enhancing its ability to increase sales, reduce operational costs, and integrate key decision-making. Technology modernization success is defined as delivering a full deployment of EBS 2.0 no later than 30 September 2026 to serve as an ecosystem of fully integrated technologies that provide improved performance, increased flexibility, enhanced employee / customer experience, and is capable of continuous, rapid, “near” real-time, cost-effective improvements.
