This Request for Information (RFI), SPE605-25-RFI-1004, is being issued for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of DLA Energy. DLA Energy is seeking to identify Small Businesses that are interested in and capable of providing ongoing ground fuel requirements for DLA Energy customers in various P.P. 3.28, COG 8 locations of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. This upcoming procurement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Large businesses are welcome to participate, but will need to partner with a small business as a subcontractor.
The total estimated contract line-item numbers for the COG 8 Fuel Program are 187-line items and approximately 20 Million U.S. Gallons. The fuel types and National Stock Numbers are as follows:
