Description : The Queens Borough Public Library (the “Library”), Request for Information (“RFI) to obtain information about Electric vehicles (E/Vs) and other alternates to gas powered vehicles. Currently, the Library has a small fleet of gas-powered vehicles for staff to use for work related tasks. Vehicles include various sizes of box trucks, sedans and compact cars. The Library is interested in upgrading some cars of the fleet with alternate fuel vehicles. It is required that submissions be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 20, 2025 using the following DropBox link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/d9JQ7lmAPdwZqO9YTYX4 To facilitate communication between the Library and vendors and to ensure that all vendors have access to the same information, all information concerning this RFI will be posted on the Library-s website at: https://www.queenslibrary.org/about-us/procurement-opportunities.
