REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSAL COSTS WILL BE PAID. THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUST FOR INFORMATION IS TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE OTHER CONTRACTORS, SPECIFICALLY NON-RUCKUS CERTIFIED PARTNERS THAT CAN PERFORM THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY SERVICE
The Department of Defense Education Activity intends to solicit a brand requirement, Ruckus, for Ruckus Warranty Service on existing Ruckus equipment.
The purpose of this Request for Information is to determine if there are any (“NON- RUCKUS CERTIFIED PARTNERS”) that can perform warranty work in accordance with the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please read the brand name justification and Draft PWS. The Draft PWS is subject to change.
If there are “NON-RUCKUS CERTIFIED PARTNERS”, that believe they can perform "Ruckus Warranty Services", without voiding the Ruckus warranty, please provide supporting documentation to validate that you can perform Ruckus warranty services. The Government will evaluate/validate the supporting documentation.
In addition, any Non-Ruckus Certified partners that respond with supporting documentation, please provide your business size and cage code.
