This requirement is for professional services for repair and treatment of a circa 1800 American Federal Period Neoclassical Style Bell Strike Tall Case Clock with an eight-day time and strike brass and steel sweep second hand clock movement with both a painted moon phase and main dial (hereinafter referred to as “the Clock”). The services required include inspection and assessment, repairs and treatment and/or restoration to ensure the clock-s movements are functioning properly.
