Request for Information for Grounds Maintenance Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, AlaskaTHIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
The 673rd Contracting Squadron (673 CONS) is requesting information and feedback from indutry regarding draft copies of FAR 52.212-1 Addenda- Instructions to Offerors, FAR 52.212-2 Addenda - Evaluation Factors, Performance work Statement (PWS), and CLIN structure. The purpose of this notice is to:
1. Request industry reveiw and response to the attached documents.
2. Identify questions/concerns to be addressed in final copies of all documents
3. Very clarity of potential solicitation approach.
Scope of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Grounds Maintenance Services and Snow and Ice Removal Services are performed at JBER. The Snow and Ice Removal Services cover all areas identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix B, and the CDC Snow and Ice Removal Services covered under PWS Appendix M and are performed during all snow events. Areas for snow and ice removal services include sidewalks, steps, stairs, landings, work areas, drains, and entrance ramps to provide secure footing or safe driving conditions. Grounds Maintenance Services shall be performed at JBER in a manner that will promote the growth of health grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
