Synopsis:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New York is submitting a Request of Information - Sources Sought as a means of conducting and updating market research to identify interested parties and viable spaces to accommodate a store front/office space request for processing personnel and vehicles in support of Watervliet Arsenal.
This Sources Sought is used for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. No lease will be awarded as a result of this request.
Purpose:
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine the availability of store front type/office space within a 4.5 mile radius of Watervliet Arsenal in the Watervliet, NY area. The following are the requirements identified for this space request.
- Minimum 1850 SF of temperature controlled office space to include space for 2 employees, space to accomodate waiting area for customers, space for breakroom, and ADA/ABA complaint accessibilty & restroom.
- 26 Total Parking spots supporting 20 vehicle parking (1 ADA compliant), 5 tractor trailer parking to accomodate 14' x 75' vehicles, & 1 tractor trailer parking to accomodate 14' x 80' vehicles
Ideally, the space would be easily accessible to major throughfare for ease of access to Watervliet Arsenal.
