USCIS Office of Contracting is seeking information related to our Enterprise Collaboration Network (ECN) requirement.
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Systems Delivery Division (SDD) requires support services for SharePoint ECN and USCIS Connect. The support will include program management; operations and maintenance; development of new applications, and enhancement and/or modernization of existing applications; training and help desk support, detailed documentation and transition, using Agile Methodology, while complying with all Federal, DHS and USCIS standards, guidelines, policies and procedures. - Documents:
