The office space must be located within the Ketchikan Gateway Borough. The space shall include the following special features: Open floor plan concept Waiting Room Dedicated & Secure Interior Storage Conference RoomThe State will consider a long-term lease (approximately 10 years) with a projected occupancy date of July 1, 2026.The State is considering all alternative space where economically advantageous.
