Request for Proposal for Annual Financial and Compliance AuditRFP# 2025-001HelenFarabee Centers is issuing a Request for Proposal for a public accounting firmto perform the annual financial and compliance audit for fiscal year 2025.In order to be eligible to submit a proposal,firms must:·Maintainmembership in an external quality control review organization;·Havehad a peer review conducted within the past 3 years and must have been issuedan unqualified report;·Haveverifiable experience in performing Community MH-IDD Center audits within thepast 3 years;·Notbe under the terms of a public or private reprimand by the Texas State Board ofPublic Accountancy and/or licensing boards of other states; and·Beeligible to do business in the State of Texas.Ifyour firm meets the above eligibility requirements and you are interestedconducting the work, please contact Linda Poenitasch, Chief Financial Officerof Helen Farabee Centers by email atPoenitzschl@helenfarabee.org, no laterthan 3:00 pm on March 28, 2025.The Request for Proposal will be sent to each respondent via email.All proposalsmust be received by the Chief Financial Officer of Helen Farabee Centers, LindaPoenitzsch, at Poentizschl@helenfarabee.orgbefore the closing date and time.
