Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Thisannouncement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested.(ii) The solicitation number is 75A50125R00003 and the solicitation is issued as a request for Proposal (RFP). This acquisition is for a commercial item and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items, and is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.(iii) This is a competitive combined synopsis/solicitation. Award(s) will be made to the offerors whose Proposal(s) successfully address each of the identified requirements, and for which the proposed price is determined to be fair and reasonable.(iv) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 January 17, 2025.(v) The associated NAICS code 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 800 employees. This requirement has no set-aside restrictions.(vi) The information in SECTION A - Solicitation/Contract Form, contains important information for any Offeror interested in responding to this solicitation.
