The TexasOffice of the Attorney General (OAG) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP)to seek professional consultants with documented expertise and experience inthe field of indirect cost recovery and cost allocation plans for governmentalunits submit proposals to prepare an Indirect Cost Allocation Plan for StateFiscal Year 2027 (“FY27”) and for State Fiscal Year 2028 (“FY28”), based onactual expenditures as presented in the OAG-s Annual Financial Report (AFR) forthe respective period, resulting in federally approved fixed State Fiscal Year2025 (“FY25”) and State Fiscal Year 2026 (“FY26”) Indirect Cost AllocationRates, respectively, and to analyze and update standardized billing rates forlegal services provided by the OAG.
