- The City of Florissant seeks a request for proposal for PROFESSIONAL ASBESTOS IDENTIFICATION SERVICE in preparation for possible demolition.The City of Florissant has been working with state and federal agencies to develop and implement programs designed to help homeowners and tenants who experienced damage from flooding in July 2022.The City of Florissant must procure a Missouri Department of Natural Resources-licensed asbestos inspector to complete asbestos inspections and provide a report on 7 multi-family structures, 5 of which are 4-unit and 2 that are 8-unit structures, and associated outbuildings. The City of Florissant reserves the right to reject any and all bids.Electronic submissions will be received by the City of Florissant-s Engineering Division until 2:00 pm on Monday, August 25th, at which time, at said office, bids will be publicly opened. Electronic submissions will be received through the City-s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov , https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/florissantmo,Bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup.
