Tender are invited for The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT), Division of Facilities Services (DFS), is soliciting approximately 15,000 to 20,000 square feet of usable indoor heated space to accommodate storage, garage, office, and fire crew readiness space, plus approximately 1,200 square feet of covered outdoor area and approximately 20,000 square feet of outdoor area to be used for training and exercise for the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Fire Protection to be located near Palmer, Alaska. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. Alaska Time (AT) on September 5, 2025, as indicated by email timestamp. Proposals must be submitted via email. Mailed, hand delivered, oral or faxed proposals are not acceptable.The TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and the PRICE OFFER PAGE must be saved as a separate PDF document and emailed to michael.burkhead@alaska.gov as separate, clearly labeled attachments, such as “Offeror A-Proposal.pdf” and “Offeror A-Price Offer Page.pdf” (Offeror A being the name of the offeror).
