Tender are invited for The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT), Division of Facilities Services (DFS), is soliciting approximately 4,262 square feet of usable office space and required circulation square footage for the Department of Public Safety - Division of Fire & Life Safety (DPS-DFLS), located in Anchorage, Alaska. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. Alaska Time (AT) on April 15, 2025, as indicated by email timestamp. Proposals must be submitted via email. Mailed, hand delivered, oral or faxed proposals are not acceptable. The TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and the PRICE OFFER PAGE must be saved as a separate PDF document and emailed to matt.moya@alaska.gov as separate, clearly labeled attachments, such as “Offeror A-Proposal.pdf” and “Offeror A-Price Offer Page.pdf” (Offeror A being the name of the offeror).
