Description:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to establish a supply channel for acquiring promotional products for the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). Establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of suppliers to serve as a market supply channel as specified herein. The original contract period is from date of award through three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal periods or any potion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered By MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If a Bidder intends to submit a hard copy bid, the buyer of record must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept bid responses via email.
