The Contract Documents may be examined and/or downloaded on OPENGOV: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/smcgov/projects/167470A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference followed by a Project Site Visit/Job Walk is scheduled for May 14th 2025 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). The mandatory pre-bid conference will meet at San Mateo Medical Center, outside the main entrance, 222 West 39th Avenue, San Mateo CA 94403. Due to the nature of this hospital project, it is mandatory for interested contractors to attend the pre-bid conference and visit the project site to become familiar with project. Bids will not be accepted from any prime contractor not present at the mandatory pre-bid conference as evidenced on the attendance roster.Please review the Project Plans & Specifications in advance of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Project Site Visit.Contractors are expected to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for their personnel, as published by Order No. c19-5c (Revised) of the Health Officer of the County of San Mateo.
