- The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration and Affordable Housing Trust Fund, is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development, within local zoning, and ongoing management of no more than three (3) units of year-round permanently restricted housing on a portion of Town-owned land located at 7 Amelia Drive, Nantucket. The portion of the land to be developed contains approximately seven thousand seven hundred and fifty-six (7,756) square feet. (Being a portion of Lot 26 Plan 2023-27 included in Attachment A - the \"Property\"). A copy of the deed to the Town-owned land recorded with Nantucket County Registry of Deeds in Book 1704, Page 245, is attached as Attachment B.
