- The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development, within local zoning, and ongoing management of (A) no more than thirty-two (32) units of workforce rental housing consistent with Section 139-8E of the Nantucket Zoning Bylaws on the property owned by the Trust located at 135 and 137 Orange Street; (B) No more than 17 affordable rental units with a preference for residents age 55 and above/ADA compliant on the property owned by the Trust located at 16 Vesper Lane; and (C) no more than twelve (12) units of workforce rental housing consistent with the Nantucket Zoning Bylaws on the property owned by the Trust located at 12 & 12R Bartlett Road.
