Description:
Bid Synopsis: The City of Milton, Wisconsin, is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide assessment services, including annual revaluations, in accordance with Wisconsin State Statutes. The City has a 2024 total assessed value of $687.6 million and a population of 5,716. Services will include annual assessments of real and personal property, maintenance of accurate property records, processing of new construction and parcel changes, conducting Open Book sessions, and participation in Board of Review proceedings. If determined necessary by the City Council, annual market revaluations will also be required. The selected assessor must ensure timely, professional service, offer accessible communication with residents and staff, and maintain compliance with open records laws.
