- Summary : Project Description: The City-s wastewater collection system consists of over 935 miles of sanitary sewer pipeline, in addition to lift stations, force mains and diversion structures that collect and convey wastewater to three water reclamation facilities (WRF). The Public Works and Utilities Department administers a Sewer Assessment Program. The purpose of this program is to assess the structural and operational condition of pipelines, structures, and facilities. The results of these assessments, combined with hydraulic modeling and capacity analysis, will be used to prioritize and execute rehabilitation, repair, and replacement projects. The Program is anticipated to start in early 2026 with a five year budget of approximately $25,000,000.These prior sewer assessment reports are being provided for reference only and are available upon request.
