Description:
The Texas Historical Commission (THC) seeks competitivesealed proposals to establish a contract for general construction accordancewith specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP).The project will generally consist of renovations of twoexisting restrooms and hallway located in a single-story historic masonrybuilding. A Bid Alternate for a tongue and groove wood ceiling and alternatelighting fixtures is described in the drawings. Refer to Exhibit M - Construction Documents forspecific project requirements. All Respondents are required tovisit the project site during the date range shown on 3.1 Schedule ofEvents to become familiar with the site conditions and characteristics. Each Respondentmust return the Exhibit O-Site Visit Form, signed by the Respondent andsite representative to confirm that the visit took place. The site addressis Presidio la Bahia State Historic Site, 217 Loop 71, Goliad, Texas 77963 .Contact site manager Scott McMahon,scott.mcmahon@thc.texas.gov,361-827-6526.
