Description:
The City of South San Francisco is seeking an experienced and reliable vendor to manage its Outdoor Holiday Decorations Program. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City aims to partner with a qualified contractor to install, maintain, uninstall, rotate, and store outdoor holiday decorations at various municipal buildings, parks, and public spaces throughout the city. This includes decorative lighting, garlands, wreaths, gift boxes, and themed signage, all of which contribute to a festive and welcoming atmosphere for the community.The selected vendor will be responsible for executing seasonal décor from installation in early November through removal in early January. In addition to managing existing city-owned decorations, the vendor will also support storage logistics, assess items for repair, and assist with procurement of new or replacement elements as needed. A successful proposal will demonstrate relevant experience with municipal or large-scale public holiday installations, offer timely service response capabilities, and present a cost-effective pricing model.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the holiday experience for residents and visitors of South San Francisco.
