EMPLOYEESRETIREMENT SYSTEM OF TEXASREQUEST FORPROPOSALS FOR PENSION ACTUARIAL SERVICESSOLICITATIONNO. 23-13168-001NIGP CODE:946-12The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) has issued a Requestfor Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified entity (Respondent) to provide pensionactuarial services for the ERS trust fund in accordance with Sections 815.206and 840.204 of the Texas Government Code. Respondent shall provide the level ofservices required in the RFP and meet other requirements that are in the bestinterests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State). Respondent shallbe required to execute a contract (Contract) provided by, and satisfactory to,ERS for a period that begins upon execution of the Contract by ERS and extendsfor six (6) years, subject to the terms of the Contract. It is anticipated theContract will be executed in December 2025.Questions will be accepted via Bonfire untilJune 26,2025 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time (CT). Answers to questionswill be posted to Bonfire and ESBD on the date specified in RFP Section A.5.To be eligible for consideration, Respondent is required to submit itsresponse to the RFP (Proposal) in accordance with the instructions set forth inthe RFP. Respondents must meet the Minimum Requirements set forth in Section Bof the Respondent Questionnaire (AppendixG).
