- Request for Proposals for Professional Services (RFP) No. 2023-24-98: Contracting of Professional Services for the Evaluation of General Conditions of Real Estate; Development of the Maintenance and Repair Plan, and; Preparation of the Capital Improvements Plan, in accordance with the Transformation Plan for Puerto Rico 2023 promulgated by the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, according to the Certified Fiscal Plan provided by Section 201 of the Promesa Act. The Public Buildings Authority (PBA) requests proposals for professional services from qualified entities that provide engineering services for the evaluation of general conditions of real estate, development of property maintenance and repair plans, and preparation of capital improvement plans related to real estate.
