EMPLOYEESRETIREMENT SYSTEM OF TEXASREQUEST FORPROPOSALS to ProvideThird Party Administrative Services for the Texa$averSM401(k) / 457 ProgramSOLICITATIONNO. 23-13169-001NIGP CODE: 946-72The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS)has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified third partyadministrator (Respondent) to provide program administration services (i.e.,recordkeeping, communication, education, including in-person; custodial trusteeservices, investment advisor, and Participant investment advisor managementservices). Respondent shall provide the level of services required in the RFPand meet other requirements that are in the best interests of ERS, its members,and the state of Texas (State). Respondent shall be required to execute acontract (Contract) provided by, and satisfactory to, ERS for a period thatbegins upon execution of the Contract by and, after the Implementation Period,extend for six (6) years through December 31, 2032, subject to the terms of theContract.To be eligible for consideration, Respondent is required tosubmit its response to the RFP (Proposal) in accordance with the instructionsset forth in the RFP. Respondents must meet the Minimum Requirements set forthin the Minimum Requirements Questionnaire (Appendix F). The MinimumRequirements Questionnaire shall be received by ERS via Bonfire no later than May13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CT.
