Tender are invited for PURPOSE OF THE RFPThe Department of Natural Resources, Division of Agriculture, Alaska Plant Material Center is soliciting proposals for a qualified vendor to design, install, and ship a color sorting seed cleaning station. Technical training of a new modernized color sorting station will also be required. The color sorter and conveyance will be a stand-alone station that is separated from the existing seed cleaning line.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSIn order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum requirements: The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years. All necessary cleaning equipment, conveyance, unloading hoppers, and platforms/mezzanines must be included within the final bid. Conveyance must include needed vibratory conveyors, buck elevators, surge bins and sack off weigh scale.Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum requirements above.
