Tender are invited for The Alaska Division of Legislative Audit (“DLA”) is seeking sealed proposals from auditing firms to perform a compliance audit of select FY 25 major federal programs administered by the Alaska Department of Health (DOH) pursuant to the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 (P.L. 104-156) (Single Audit), standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). The Successful Contractor will perform the federal compliance audit of the programs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
