Description:
The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) is issuing this Public Notice to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested to provide Oversight for the Autoexpreso Electronic Toll Collection System Contracts. The Authority-s overall objectives are to ensure compliance with all contracts, initiatives and projects related to the AutoExpreso tolling system, which includes contracts for the operation and maintenance of the Customer Backoffice System, Roadside System, and Customer Service centers. PRHTA will appoint an Evaluation Committee to select the most qualified consulting firms for the development of the project. Participating firms will be evaluated based on criteria such as project approach, methodology, corporate background, expertise, and staff qualifications. Bidders shall submit their proposals via email at rfpact@act.pr.gov on or before 6:00PM of February 27, 2024. RFP documents and forms, and all necessary information may be obtained by sending a request via email to rfpact@act.pr.gov until two (2) working days prior to the proposal due date, and should include the RFP number, name of the firm, and contact person.
