- TxDOT-s Environmental Affairs Division is solicitingproposals for five indefinite deliverable contracts for the archeologicalgeneral services. Services include archeological related services to fulfillTxDOT-s requirements for transportation activities under federal and statestatutes as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the TexasHistorical Commission (THC) and TxDOT, and a Programmatic Agreement among theFederal Highway Administration, the Texas Department of Transportation, the TexasState Historic Preservation Officer and the Advisory Council on HistoricPreservation Regarding the Implementation of Transportation Undertakings.Services may include: Antiquities Permit Procurements, Test ExcavationFieldwork, Data Recovery Fieldwork, Cemetery Investigation, Burial Exhumation,Analytical Unit Definition, Research Design, Digital Records Preparation,Curation Preparation, all required reporting and other archeological services.
