REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSSTUDENT HOUSING DEVELOPMENTThe City of Perryville, Missouri is seeking Student Housing Development proposals for the development of privately owned and managed workforce and college student housing on approximately 2.5 +/- acres of city-owned property in the vicinity of Missouri Highway 51 and Toohey Drive. Proposal specifications and a map of the development area are available from the City Clerk at City Hall, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775, at no charge. Proposals will be reviewed, scored, and finalists interviewed. At the conclusion of that process, the City will begin negotiations with the highest-ranking entity(s) and continue with subsequent entities until an agreement is reached.Proposals may be submitted by Friday, November 21, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to the City Clerk, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775.
