- The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as “HOC”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Management Firms, to provide construction management services for multiple upcoming construction projects at HOC owned properties in Montgomery County, MD. These properties include a diverse portfolio ranging from individual single-family homes to multifamily low and high rise buildings.HOC intends to award zero dollar contracts to qualified Respondents, based on a combination of qualifications, experience, and other criteria as outlined in the RFQ. HOC will then solicit proposals with pricing from the pool of qualified construction management firms for specific construction projects as need arises.
